Our objective for this trip was clear from the get go: Nurture the invaluable relationship we have with our client VetSource International (part of the MARS group) and dive deeper into taking their business goals that step further.
As head of Head of Customer Success Managers, I’ve witnessed throughout my career the impact strong connections have. That’s why I decided to travel directly to meet with them personally in Montpellier, France, at their Royal Canin Campus, accompanied by Mery Grassi, our on-site Product Manager who leads the Making Sense team, to push our meetings to the next level. And trust me, this case was no exception.
Our meetings gave us the chance to go over our successes’ working together up to now, and to think collaboratively about how to continue their path of excellence, exchanging new ideas and insights on the steps forward, because at Making Sense we prioritize being close to our clients, globally.
We found it key to go over the challenges the company is facing to internationalize and comply with the different European regulations, cultures and ways of Petcaring, whilst also improving its e-commerce and prescription drug delivery program, adding value throughout our collaboration.
I’m especially pleased to point out the caliber of the VetSource International team and how fruitful our in person engagements were. It was an honor to have the opportunity to sit and discuss the future of the business face to face with Jean-lin Pelatan, the newly appointed General Manager for Global Pet Professionals platforms and Bruno Ballester Chief Product Officer for Vetsource International, both deeply committed to MARS objective of internationalization and mutuality.
I would also like to specially thank the rest of the VetSource International team for sharing their collective expertise, showcasing their commitment to becoming the right partner for veterinary professionals in the UK, helping them and pet owners take the best care possible of their pets.
The unlimited potential of value-creation we can achieve working together is clearer than ever before, and I can only be grateful to everyone at the Montpellier Headquarters for making our visit so engaging and fruitful.
On behalf of Making Sense, I look forward to continuing our journey in strengthening our partnerships, seizing emerging opportunities together and, in this case, propelling the PetCare industry forward like never before.
One thing is undoubtedly clear:
Working closely together just Makes Sense.
