SXSW Interactive had more people, more things to do and more stuff to get excited about than ever this March. Not only was Bruce Springsteen playing to make 2012’s festival Boss. There was also Eric Reis, best-selling author of The Lean Startup , wowing us with his theories on the science of entrepreneurship. Games pioneer and Electronic Arts veteran Bing Gordon wooed us with his vision of how to ‘gamify’ business.
